The Role

SB Media Group is looking for a Business Support Executive who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The role will work within the Business Development team, as well as with the rest of the team and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that ensure the successful operation of products and digital content services on a daily basis as well as supporting the drive for new business. The successful candidate will have some experience or a significant interest in digital marketing, we are more than happy to train you! They will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business development and support tasks including, product testing, developing new business opportunities and the creation of new services and products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Business Development team in delivering various projects. Researching and identifying marketing opportunities to assist the company meeting its objectives.
  • Preparing and delivering product presentations.
  • Product and consumer user experience testing.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Learning how to launch a new line of business. Negotiating contractual terms looking after the partner onboarding process. Updating websites, terms and conditions and other service supporting documentation as needed to meet the various market regulations.
  • Studying and understanding market and network regulations in order to produce compliant promotional material.
  • Forecasting – building service financial projections for existing and new services.
  • Documenting processes to support the numerous roles undertaking in the team

Skills Required

  • Microsoft office applications – Word, PowerPoint and Outlook for communication and presentation purposes
  • Good understanding of project management and marketing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organisation and planning
  • Knowledge of Photoshop will be a plus but it’s not a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good team working skills
  • Highly organised being able to manage complex schedules and ability to multitask
  • Can do attitude. You must take pride in completing a task to set deadlines.
  • Punctuality and strong work ethos.

The Candidate

The right candidate will have demonstrable experience of most of the skills listed previously but will also have a desire to learn constantly and use the team’s experience to progress at pace. The candidate will be looking to build themselves a career and progress within the company with the growth of the business. Experience with and/ or knowledge of digital content services will be advantageous:

SB Digital Media is looking for a Data Analyst to join their in house technical team. Reporting to the Performance Director, the successful candidate will be working on a variety of projects, mostly relating to the field of online marketing.

The company is growing fast and looking for solutions for specific challenges ranging from building automated reporting for media buying activities, analysing data and providing media buying recommendations, through to end to end marketing funnel reporting and optimisation, with an eye for implementing automation for the future wherever possible.

The candidate should possess an:

  • Advanced knowledge MySQL, being able to handle large datasets. How indexing works, and good general knowledge of database systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python to solve data problems
  • At least a Batchelors in Statistics or similar field.
  • Experience of a mainstream data visualisation tool – Tableau, Power Bi, Qlik etc, with direct experience of Tableau being advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience
  • Strong analytical skills

Highly beneficial:

You will be digitally inducted, making use of Zoom and Skype etc, to give you all the support required to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
